At Acumbamail we are committed to the protection and security of your data. We provide all our customers with the necessary means to easily comply with the new regulations. In addition, we have updated our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to meet all the requirements that have been introduced in the GDPR.
As stated in the GDPR, Acumbamail has appointed a Data Protection Officer who is the corporate data protection officer and acts as a liaison between the company and the authorities.
Acumbamail's infrastructure and security policies are regularly audited and tested for compliance with data protection standards. Our servers are located in a data centre in Spain and we have Data Loss Prevention Protocol (DLP) in place. See security rules.
